Dr. Heather Lee
Dr. Heather Lee received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Wake Forest University, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Lee has been practicing dentistry in Western North Carolina since 2011 and bought this practice from Dr. Debi Schusler on November 3, 2017. Dr. Lee grew up in WNC and is proud to call these mountains home. She is a member of the North Carolina Dental Society and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Lee has been married to her high school sweetheart, David Whatton, since October 2013. David is a pharmacist in Asheville and also helps manage the dental practice. They have a wonderful son, Noah, who is the light of their lives. They also have two Great Pyrenees dogs, Boulder and Leela, and a calico cat named Emma. In her free time, Dr. Lee enjoys hiking, playing piano, photography, and a variety of crafts.
Dr. Lee’s interests and academic work have shaped her practice and philosophy of Preventative Dentistry, teaching patients the methods to care for their oral health.
Dr. Danielle Rowland
Danielle Rowland grew up in Southern Pines, NC, next to Weymouth Woods Nature Preserve where she developed her love for the beautiful North Carolina outdoors. She, her husband, Brian Foreman, and their three dogs live in Brevard, NC and enjoy all of the activities that Western North Carolina has to offer including hiking, running, biking, and gardening.
Danielle completed her undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science, and then attended the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry where she received her DDS degree.
