Restorative Care

Accidents happen! We know that even the most well-cared-for mouth can be susceptible to infection, a cavity, a fractured tooth or damage as the result of an injury. We are able to treat all of your restorative care needs and promise to do so in the most comfortable and natural manner possible.

Fillings

Fillings are applied to a decayed or structurally damaged tooth in order to repair cavities, fractures, or extreme wear produced by grinding or similar habits. Fillings can be made from a variety of materials. At  Four Seasons Dental, we typically use composite resin as we have found these fillings to be strong, durable, and beautiful. Only the best for our patients!

Crowns

If the structure of your tooth has been compromised, you may want to consider a crown. Crowns are caps that cover a tooth to protect it when damage has occurred. They can be made of porcelain, zirconia (white metal) or gold.

Crowning a tooth helps prevent fractures and stops damage in its tracks.

Bridges

A bridge is a permanent prosthesis that replaces missing teeth. Bridges consist of one or more fake teeth that are held in place by dental crowns. These bridges are then secured next to your natural teeth.

Bridges help to maintain the correct spacing of the other teeth and help restore regular bite and chewing abilities.

Full and Partial Dentures

Another option when replacing missing teeth is dentures. Depending on how many natural teeth are still present, you and your dentist may consider either a partial or full set. We will evaluate your best options in office and come up with a plan together.

These prostheses are removable, meaning you take them out when needed for cleaning and sleeping.

Extractions

Tooth removal is common and can be necessary for a variety of different reasons. In some cases, teeth may have been damaged beyond repair, or infection may make removal the healthiest option. In other cases, such as with wisdom teeth, teeth are commonly removed in the course of standard preventative care.

We perform extractions, including simple wisdom tooth removal, when we determine that is the healthiest option for our patient. For complex extractions, we may refer you to a trusted oral surgeon.

Root Canals

Root canal treatment is an option for saving a tooth that has bacteria in the nerve but is still structurally sound enough to be restored. We do most root canals in our office but may refer more complex cases to a trusted specialist.

Orthodontic Care

We can straighten teeth to create a more confident smile and natural bite. In many cases restoring proper alignment of teeth can help prevent grinding and fractures near the gumline and in all cases, it boosts self-confidence.

We accomplish this with Invisalign. Sometimes called “clear braces”, Invisalign clear aligners fit snugly over your teeth to gently move and rotate each tooth slowly. Over time these aligners reveal a beautiful, natural smile. Invisalign can produce up to 50% faster results than traditional wire braces and is a great fit for adults or teens.
